Favorite Jewish Food: Matzo Ball Soup with a side of Challah
Danielle is a nonprofit leader and entrepreneur, known for building mission-driven organizations like Open Avenues Foundation and The Build Fellowship. FridayTables started right at her very own NYC dinner table—what began as ten friends sharing a meal has grown into a thriving Jewish community spanning multiple cities.
When she’s not busy with her immigration startups, you’ll find her dreaming up creative Shabbat experiences and scouting the perfect dinner spots around NYC.

Favorite Jewish Food: Gluten free bagel with dairy free cream cheese, with lox, cucumber, tomato, onion, and capers.
Raised in an interfaith family, holidays were a mishmash of traditions – but Shabbat was always at the center, and the food was always on point. Now, thanks to FridayTables, Eliza is getting her belated Jewish summer camp experience. Who knew that communal meals and meaningful connections could be the perfect substitute for canoeing, arts and crafts, and awkward campfire songs?
When not organizing Shabbat dinners or pretending she knows what a proper challah braid looks like, Eliza can be found teaching yoga, enjoying time at the beach, and searching for the perfect tablescape.

Favorite Jewish Food: Nana’s Rolled Cabbage
Emily brings more than a decade of experience in communications and event planning to FridayTables. Judaism has always been at the very center of Emily’s social life - from overnight camp and day school to her sorority in college, making FridayTables the perfect continuation of Jewish community.
When not making budget trackers and to-do lists for FridayTables, you can find Emily cuddling with her dog or listening to true crime podcasts (or both).

Favorite Jewish Food: Perfectly toasted bagel with a black & white cookie
Brandon is a tech operator focused on the intersection of AI and hospitality at DoorDash. He has been passionate about curating Shabbat dinners for both Jews & non-Jews alike from a young age, most recently while serving as the Co-President of the Ohio State Hillel & Columbia’s Jewish Business Students Association.
Brandon is best known for his crisp d’var torahs and meticulously planned playlists as the resident FridayTables NYC DJ.

Favorite Jewish Food: Kugel, with a crispy top or bust
In her day job, Rebecca is a digital talent manager working with influencers across the fashion, beauty & lifestyle space. She brings more than eight years of social media experience to FridayTables. From Jewish overnight camp to Hebrew School through 11th grade, she attended a conservative schul regularly growing up (still counts even if most Shabbats and High Holidays were spent being a social butterfly!). She's always surrounded herself with a strong Jewish community and as an adult brings the cultural elements of Judaism into her daily life.
When not scrolling socials, you can catch Rebecca sipping an overpriced coffee or sitting down to binge whatever's currently at #1 on Netflix.
